  2. Each round is a stage-by-stage elimination process. i.e. You need to clear the Pseudocoding Round to get into English, and so on.

3. Game Based Aptitude Test

4. Behavioural Competency Profiling

This round (called the ADEPT-15 or the Adaptive Employee Personality Test) is a personality psychometric intended to measure work-related behaviour.

  • The assessment is composed of pairs of statements.
  • You need to indicate which one you agree with more.
  • There will be 5 pairs of statements on each screen.
  • You cannot skip any item to continue to the next page.

This Behavioural Competency Profiling is not an elimination round.

Round 2: Technical Interview

In the technical interview, Capgemini focuses on analyzing your application skills & knowledge of technology. Hence in this round, you can expect questions on the below-given topics:

  • Projects you have worked on: Make sure you know in and out of every project that is mentioned in your resume. Right from the logic to components used if any and also the flow/circuit diagram.
  • The subject of Interest: Before getting into technical questions, you will be asked about your favorite subjects/subjects of interest. All the questions in this interview will be focusedward on testing your knowledge in those subjects.
  • Latest Technologies: You also need to be aware of trending technologies like AI, Cyber Security, etc. There is a chance that you might be asked about these topics.

Round 3: HR interview

Graduation Criteria

  1. B.E / B.Tech  in any discipline (CSE/ECE/IT/EEE/TELECOM/EI).
  2. M.Sc graduates in Computer Science & Information Technology can apply.

Responsibilities

  • Understand electrical architecture of HEV/EV
  • Define the system diagram of the EV Powertrain system
  • Define the controller architecture, interfaces (electrical and physical), and functions for powertrain system of EV
  • Define the high level and detailed requirements for powertrain systems and controls for EV, including sizing requirements
  • Develop the powertrain functions and software, including logic development, MIL evaluation, HIL evaluation and vehicle level validation using MBD approach
  • Develop diagnostics for powertrain controllers
  • Implement ISO 26262 Functional Safety requirements
  • Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking, and database creation
  • Working with stakeholders within the organization and outside (suppliers, consultants) for above development

Technical/ Functional

  • Working experience of automobile powertrain system & controls
  • Exposure to Hybrid / Electric powertrain and ECU system & control Design, Sizing, Simulation, Development, Verification and Validation. Familiarity with on board diagnostics.

Your responsibilities and challenges:
The Finance Operations – BPO team is responsible for three areas.

  • Strategic finance projects for and with all DPDHL divisions
  • Classic process optimization projects for the Finance Operations division

Responsibilities as Automation Designer – RPA (UiPath)

Depending on your experience you will:

  • Provide support for RPA processes in collaboration with the German team, including development, testing, and implementation of digital process automation solutions at the Shared Service Center, while ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • You provide sustainable, state-of-the-art solutions that can be scaled, maintained, and ideally continuously improved to support RPA processes.

In detail:

  • Own responsibility for maintaining, improving, and defining support solutions for new and existing process automations.
  • Implementation using our RPA tool of choice, “UiPath,” in conjunction with other technologies such as Bizagi (BPM), Abbyy (OCR), or Cognesys (NLP).
  • Design and identification of manual and automated support measures for our new and existing automation solutions in collaboration with our process analysts, automation architects, and project managers.
  • Working in an agile project setup with product backlogs and user stories.
  • Regular exchange with other Digitalization and Business Process Optimization colleagues to promote and implement harmonization, standardization, and best practices.

In addition, you will advise and support our accounting departments – focusing on the automation designers – on process optimization, IT systems, and digitalization options for the current support setup, and contribute your expertise to the strategic further development of the finance area with regard to profitability, efficiency, and quality of the currently existing automation landscape.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor (B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc) or Master degree in Computer Science, IT or similar discipline.
  • Professional experience already in digitization or IT-related projects.
  • Strong experience in UiPath (preferably certified as “Advanced RPA Developer”).
  • Knowledge in one of these programming languages: C#, VB.NET, SQL, VBA, and/or Javascript.
  • Fluent and very good English skills (written and spoken) (C1).
  • German language skills are a plus.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Knowledge in data analysis, dashboard generation and query generation (Splunk, Power BI, …).
  • Knowledge in Low-Code app development, process automation (Power Platform, Appian, …).
  • Knowledge in Business Process Modelling (Bizagi).
  • Knowledge in Finance Accounting Environment (ideally SAP).
